Yadkin Valley Wildlife Foundation Hosts Free Youth Fishing Event

Yadkin Valley Wildlife Federation is providing a free youth fishing event on Saturday, July 13th, 2024!

Fishing starts at 8:00 am for all youth 15 and under. A free hot dog lunch with all of the fixins will be served to the whole family! Also, every child who attends will be entered into a free raffle for a great prize. Please be advised that all youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Grab your gear and head to the Yadkin Valley Lake behind the YMCA at 6540 Service Rd. Yadkinville, NC!

Yadkin Valley Wildlife Federation is passionate about introducing our youth to some of the amazing outdoor activities available right here in our own back yard. Experts will be on hand to guide beginners and we will have a limited amount of fishing gear available to those without their own. Take a break from your usual summer routine and get your kids outside in the fresh air!

We expect this year to be the biggest and best yet. Fishing areas are limited so be sure to respond to us so we can reserve your spot.
