Youth Dove Hunt

Come join us for our late season annual youth dove hunt which will be held on January 24th, 2026 (rain date – Jan 31st) 7:30am – Noon. Youth ages 10-17 are eligible and must be accompanied by parent or guardian with a valid N.C. hunting license.

Kids will also get to practice their shooting skills on our trap thrower so bring plenty of shells. There is no charge for this event, but youth should bring their own shotgun and shells. Target clays will be provided by YVWF. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided as well. What a great way to get kids off their devices and promote our hunting heritage.
